Yesterday, a Gold Star Spouse, Jane Horton, talked about the ultimate sacrifice her husband made while serving our country in Afghanistan. She asked Americans to "Come Together and Make A Difference".

WE Can Make A Difference in the Lives of our American Veterans and Service Members. WE can Honor them for their Service and Sacrifice through a Quilt of Honor.
As a Tribute and In Memory of our Afghanistan and Iraq Veterans during the 20th Anniversary of 9/11, WE will award Quilts of Honor to our Veterans and Service Members.
We have already begun quilting a Quilt of Honor to be awarded to one of our area Veterans.

We invite You to join us in this worthy endeavor - Make a Difference in the life of a Service Member or Combat Veteran. Create a Quilt of Honor OR help others, to honor the Service and Sacrifice of our Veterans and Service Members. Scheduled to be Awarded during our 9/11 Anniversary - as a Tribute, In Memory of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
UPDATE 8/19/2021: Over the past two days, the response to the announcement of our 9/11 Anniversary effort has been overwhelming. Because of this outpouring of interest and support, we have decided to Award Quilts of Honor throughout the month of September/October/November/December, 2021, as a Tribute and in memory of those who gave their ALL for our Freedoms, and to Honor those who have and continue to defend the Freedoms we enjoy in the Greatest Country in the world.
