As your Illiana Quilts of Honor Chapter Coordinator for Illinois and Indiana, I want to Thank You for ALL you do to help improve the lives of our Service Members and Veterans.  Folks like you make a noticeable difference that counts.

As you know – Our Country’s 250^th Anniversary is fast approaching.  Join Us as We Travel throughout our Illiana area Honoring the Service and Sacrifice of our Combat Vets and Service Members in 2026 and Beyond!

Nominate a Combat Service Member or Veteran to be Awarded a Quilt of Honor:

• Go to www.QuiltsOfHonor.org national website
• Click on the Request a Quilt option on the landing page of the site, fill out the online Quilt Request Form – Please allow up to 7 days for contact from a Quilts of Honor Representative
• Follow the online prompts, ensuring you include your contact information/Requestor’s contact info, along with that of the Quilt of Honor Nominee
• Don't forget to designate Illiana Quilts of Honor as the Chapter for ALL your Quilts of Honor Award Events...See YOU There!

A Quilt of Honor is one of the highest awards a US citizen may bestow upon a Service Member or Veteran.  A Quilt of Honor is a lifetime award.
