You may remember, we quilted/bound/labeled and shipped a Patriotic Quilt, at the request of Laura, who was traveling to Hawaii to celebrate her wedding anniversary during the 75th Pearl Harbor Anniversary, and also decided to honor and cover our WW II Veterans from ALL over the US with Patriotic Quilts while there. We wanted at least one of our Illinois WW II Veterans covered.

Just received this wonderful Thank You card/note along with a stunning Pearl Harbor lapel pin, which commemorates the 75th Anniversary of that fateful day at Pearl and our country's history.
Thank YOU, Laura, for ALL your efforts in honoring and covering our WW II Veterans with comforting and healing Quilts during our country's 75th Commemorative Pearl Harbor Ceremonies.
